Therefore, we have also included yoga and spirituality in a healthy lifestyle. Thank God after waking up. 500ml luke warm water. Warm up 10 Minutes after 20 minutes of drinking lukewarm water , 10 Minutes Surya Namaskar+ Asana for 15 minutes+ Pranayama for 15 minutes+ meditation 10 Minutes. BREAKFAST: Dry fruits mix poha( Raisin+Almond+Peanut) 11AM: Any seasonal fruit. LUNCH: Any seasonal green vegetable+Tow Roti+Brown 🍚 rice+Sambhar+Salad. 4-5PM: Herbal tea/green tea+ One spoonful chavanprash (Chavanprash will strengthen your immunity. Chavanprash should not be taken with milk) 6PM: Cardio workout 30 minutes+ Meditation 15 minutes ( Meditation is good after any hard exercise. Experience this today. DINNER: Two bowls of Moong Daal+2 Roti. 9PM: Turmeric milk with 2 Dates. Leave the phone half an hour before bed.( Because the blue light of the phone causes the sleeping hormone MELATONIN to be disturbed) Gayatri mantra chanting 11 times.
